Butterlope Farm is a Community Interest Company who deliver Social Farming programs and community based ‘Learning in the Landscape’ projects and visits. Some of these projects deliver LANTRA qualifications for the participants.
As part of funding requirements and in order to deliver high quality service and award qualifications we are required to collect information from you. In accordance with regulation laid out by General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), any information we hold is for the purposes of the programme and for participant’s benefits.
We will keep this information as long as funders or Award Bodies legally requires us to (but no longer than 7 years) and then we will dispose of it. The personal information you provide will be stored confidentially and will not be passed onto any external organisation other than funders or Award bodies that you as an individual are benefitting from.
